I handle the settlement of loan debts, the settlement of debts to the State and to social security institutions, applications through the out-of-court debt settlement platform and applications for a vulnerable debtor certificate, objections against payment orders, attachments and foreclosure auctions, bankruptcy filings, company matters, Land Registry matters, property litigation, title searches, property transfers — sales and purchases, parental property transfers, donations — property leases, and inheritance and family matters such as divorce, maintenance, child custody and adoption. The practice also handles employment law and pension cases.
